The Haunted house (Craig a scríobh)

Once upon a time there lived four people, two adults and two children. The children’s names were James and Sarah and their mum and dad’s names were Barry and Mary. They lived in a big forest. About a mile away there was a haunted house. A big green and blue monster lived in the haunted house. He had a big army of red and black monster’s. One day Barry was gone out hunting for food. And you will never guess what; the big green and blue monster was hunting for food at the same time as Barry. Then Barry saw a rabbit. He was going to kill it for dinner. Then the big green and blue monster saw the rabbit. He wanted to eat it for dinner. Barry got the rabbit before the big green and blue monster. The monster was furious. He wanted revenge. He decided to steal something Barry really loved. Then he decided to steal his wife Mary. So on Friday night, a full moon, the monster was about to leave the haunted house and a big storm blew over. “Ha ha” yelled the blue and green monster. My plan is working. That night the big blue and green monster went to Mary and Barry’s house. And then the big blue and green monster took Mary back to the haunted house. The next day Barry woke up feeling bad that the big blue and green monster had taken Mary. Barry said I have to get Mary back. It was Halloween night and the kids were asleep and Barry went to get Mary back from the haunted house. When Barry got to the haunted house he saw that the monster’s had forgotten to lock the front door. So as Barry was opening the door gently, it creaked. Barry had a gun in his hand and then the monsters were asleep except one who had trouble sleeping. Billy was the monster’s name that couldn’t sleep. Bill had heard the door opening. He got more afraid. Billy got the keys to open the font door and he saw Barry. He dropped the keys and then went yelling out the door. The same key of Mary’s cell was on the door keys. Barry said plan working so far. All Barry had to do was walk around the beds that the monsters were sleeping in. And then he got past all the beds and was in the cell area. He looked in all the cells and eventually found Mary. He opened Mary’s cell door and Mary got out. They eventually got back to the front door without waking any of the monsters. They ran back to the house and woke the children and had a Halloween party. The next day they went to the city and lived happily ever after.

The End.

Bogha Báistí

Bhí buachaill ann tráth agus bhí sé ag féachaint amach fuinneog a sheomra. Chonaic sé Bogha Báistí. Chuimhnigh sé gur léigh sé i Leabhar Scéalta go raibh pota óir ag bun gach Bogha Báistí. Rith sé amach go bun an bhogha agus shín sé amach a lámh chun breith ar an bpota. Ach mo léan ní raibh a fhios aige go rachfadh sé díreach go dtír na síog. Pé scéal é d’fhan sé ann ar feadh trí lá ach ansin bhraith sé uaidh a Mhamó agus d’iarr sé cead dul abhaile. Thug na síoga an cead dó ach dúradh leis go mbeadh sé beag i gcónaí beag agus nach mbeadh ann ach cuairt abhaile. Ghlac sé le seo. Thug sé cuairt ar a Mhamó go rialta. Gach uair a théadh sé ar cuairt thabharfadh sé pota óir leis agus mar sin bhí saol sona sásta acu as sin amach.

RAINBOW

Once upon a time, There was a young boy. He was looking out the window and he saw a rainbow. He rememberd that in one of his story books he read that there was a pot of gold under it .So he ran outside to the rainbow. He saw the pot of gold and reached out to get it. But he didn't know that he would disappear and turn up in fairyland. He stayed for a few days but then he started missing his granny so he asked could he please go home. They said he could, but he would stay small and he could only visit. He said thats ok. So he visited his granny often and each time he visited he would bring a pot of gold and they were happy forever.
